Design, build, test, secure, and ship an Anchor V2 program to devnet against the 2.0.0-rc.1 release candidate, then migrate a 0.31/1.0 codebase to V2 with a map of what changed and why. This is a machine-on-your-desk course: you install and drive the V2 RC toolchain locally — anchor-cli via cargo and avm, rustup's Rust alongside it, and Docker for the solana-verify build — and you deploy to devnet. V2 is an unaudited RC, so the course ends by teaching you to decide honestly when it is the right call and when the maintained 1.x line still is. It does not teach Rust and it does not teach Anchor: it assumes you already ship Anchor programs and want the V2 delta.
